About

Christof graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle with a Master of Architecture degree. After moving to Portland Oregon he worked as an architectural intern.  Bau Design was created in 2011 fusing his back ground as a carpenter and furniture maker with his education in architecture and planning. 

My great grandfather was a builder. My grandfather, for whom I was named after, was an architect for the city of Munich, Germany. It is perhaps not surprising that I have melded and continued in the spirit of my ancestors praxis with Bau Design llc.
